Meet Rev. Linda Keitt Sumter

Rev. Linda Keitt Sumter is a humble servant of God and possesses an unconditional love for God’s people. She is the 5th child of the late Mr. Douglas Keitt Sr. and Lula Mae Keitt. She is the mother of three children, Harry Jr., Damon, and Shastity and the proud grandmother of one, Shamari. Rev. Sumter accepted her calling into ministry in April 2005 and is an ordained Local Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Currently, she serves as an Associate Minister at Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church in Holly Hill, SC where the Reverend Dr. Malcolm O. Simpson is the Pastor. Also, she serves as Senior Advisor to the Pastor’s Aide Ministry and is a dedicated Church School teacher. Previously, she has faithfully served on the Steward Board and as President of the Women’s Missionary Society. Rev. Sumter is passionate concerning her relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She stands firm in her faith because she has witnessed the mighty move of God in her life as well as in the lives of her family and loved ones. Because of God’s unwavering love and everlasting grace and mercy, Rev. Sumter is not ashamed to profess her love for God. Her favorite scripture is Isaiah 54:17, which reads “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

Meet Rev. Elouise B. Gladden

Reverend Elouise B.Gladden is an anointed woman of God, who accepted Jesus as her personal Savior in 1983. She was called into the ministry in 1998. Reverend Gladden was chosen to preach and teach The WORD of God and acknowledges that she wants everything God has for her. She is fully persuaded that what God has promised; He is able to perform. God has truly brought her to the Kingdom for such a time as this. Reverend Gladden believes in the Word of God with all her heart and knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that God can do anything but fail.

Her Motto: Having done all to Stand, Stand therefore…... Ephesians 6: 13,14.

Meet Brother Tyler Brown

Born on February 14, 2003, in Orangeburg, SC, Brother Tyler Brown is the son of Sis. Tikayah Brigmon and Bro. Anthony Gilliard. He is the oldest of 6 children. A dedicated and honorable servant, he served in

the U.S. Army as an Indirect Fire Infantryman, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He served in the Army from June 2021-Decemeber 2024 with a honorable discharge.

Throughout his service, he earned several accolades, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon, and Army Achievement Award. Bro. Brown also completed training at the Fort Drum NCO Academy and is CPR certified with other training in First Aid Operations. He showed leadership as a Squad Leader in the Army. He has been to 5 different countries serving his nation with a Combat Deployment in Syria of Operation Inherent Resolve from May 2022-December 2022. He also helped trained Finish soldiers in Finland from February 2023-March 2023 of Operation Artic Forge expanding his knowledge in Winter Operations.

A member of Mt. Olive AME Church in Holly Hill, SC, Brother Brown was saved on June 15, 2015, and later answered his call to preach on May 12, 2019. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and African American Studies at South Carolina State University, furthering his passion for education and service to the community. At his local church as a preacher in training under Rev. Dr. Simpson, he is a part of the Ministerial Staff, YPD President and Pastor’s Aid Ministry. His favorite scripture is Philippians 4:8 King James Version, verse 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
